Many men are walking around in pain, but pain can be healed. Teachers and administrators are frustrated and running out of answers, but answers are available. Students have lost both their focus and their will to succeed, but their energy can be restored. They are the future of our generation and we have to teach them how to get to their next level of growth.

Until we face the problems of the past, our future will be bleak. Over 70% of our young men drop out of high school with no education. Over 60% of them end up in prison. As I travel to different parts of the country, I have realized that our young men are crying out. Many would say for attention, but I believe they are crying out for help.
